Fat Burners

Crash diets and crash exercise programs are not the answer to weight control. So what will work? Thermogenesis.
Thermogenesis, which literally means creating heat, is the process of burning fat.
The appealing aspect of thermogenesis is that in order for the process to achieve maximum effectiveness, it is actually inadvisable to reduce calorie consumption while expending more energy.
Many diets just don't work and people have trouble reducing past a certain weight. When you reduce your caloric intake, you set off a kind of "famine alarm" that shifts your metabolism into a "fat-saving mode." That's why dieters usually reach a plateau and can't lose anymore weight, and why, after they gain it all back (and then some), it may be harder to lose the weight the next time.
Most dieters feel they must experience hunger pangs to feel that their diet is working. Most weight-loss diets have two things in common: they're designed to restrict caloric intake; and they just don't work.
Of every 100 people who lose weight on a calorie-restricted diet, 95 gain it all back within a year! By going on a "quick weight-loss program" by heavily restricting caloric intake, the weight you lose is lean body mass (muscle and internal organs) and most of what you inevitably gain back is fat!
So what else can you do to lose weight without reducing your caloric intake?
-
Reduce your body temperature to help initiate thermogenesis,
-
Add 30 minutes of daily cardiovascular exercise, or
-
Add a Fat Burner to your daily diet.
